How can I reschedule or cancel my session
You can easily reschedule or cancel your session from the confirmation email we sent you. You will find the links near the end of the email.
If you have a MyOpenUp account, you can reschedule or cancel from there. Go to your MyOpenUp account, go to ‘my sessions’ and click the reschedule button for the session you want to change.
Where is the link to enter my session?
The link for your session can be found on the confirmation email we sent you or from within your myopenup account. In your myopenup account, go to my sessions, and click “join” when it is time for you session to take place.
Can I change my appointment with another psychologist (for example a woman instead of a man)?
