Defusion refers to a technique that we can use to detach or separate ourselves from our thoughts and emotions. In this mindfulness session, you will learn how to observe your thoughts and emotions instead of engaging with them.
During this session, you will also practice different mindfulness exercises such as breath awareness, noticing thoughts, visualizations and/or conscious movement.
Our meditation group sessions are guided by professional psychologists experienced in mindfulness practice. Previous experience is not required to join.
