Breath Meditation

Our breath is what reminds us that we are alive. In this session we will focus our full attention on our breath and practice a breathing meditation.

During this session, you will also practice different mindfulness exercises such as breath awareness, noticing thoughts, visualizations and/or conscious movement.

Our meditation group sessions are guided by professional psychologists experienced in mindfulness practice. Previous experience is not required to join.
