Dr. Wayne Dyer once said: “when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” This mindfulness session will be focused on perspective.
During this session, you will also practice different mindfulness exercises such as breath awareness, noticing thoughts, visualizations and/or conscious movement.
Meditation is a powerful training that has been widely backed up by science. Some of its benefits are:

Our meditation group sessions are guided by professional psychologists experienced in mindfulness practice. Previous experience is not required to join.
