Introduction to Mindfulness meditation

In this group meditation, we will introduce you to the basics of the practice.
This is a great opportunity for beginners to start their mindfulness journey, and for more advanced meditators to remember the foundations of meditation.
During this session, you will also practice different mindfulness exercises such as breath awareness, noticing thoughts, visualizations and/or conscious movement.
Our meditation group sessions are guided by professional psychologists experienced in mindfulness practice. Previous experience is not required to join.
