In this mindfulness group session, you will do exercises to train your attention, reduce stress, and arrive in the here and now.

Mindfulness teaches you to listen to yourself better and calm down the nervous system. Be aware of your thoughts and feelings, without judgment. This mindfulness group session is guided by psychologist Pia Linden.
