With a warm and non-judgmental approach, Basma strongly believes that therapeutic work is based on the relationship of trust created through the sessions.

Throughout your sessions with Basma, you will work together to identify your values, needs and current questions or difficulties. This will allow the definition of clear and achievable goals. You will then develop strategies to overcome your difficulties and healthy habits to help you move forward more serenely in life.

Basma’s approach is shaped by cognitive behavioural therapy, highlighting the techniques best suited to your individual needs.

Basma has more than six years of experience as a psychologist working in the mental health care and prevention field, of which almost a year online, working with people all over Europe. She has also been conducting research on neurodevelopmental and psychological disorders.

Basma has two Master’s degrees (clinical psychology and research) and a PhD in Psychology from Université Paris Cité. She has also carried out studies in transcultural care to bring extra expertise to her clients.

To take care of her own mental health, Basma enjoys walking, discovering new places, and taking care of her cat. She also practices yoga daily and tries to go running whenever she can.
