Stephanie is a psychologist at OpenUp. She offers a safe environment so you can share openly. She will be listening without judgment, truly interested in your story and what moves and thrives you.

Together we will explore what it is you want out of life and if your current direction is in line with what matters the most to you. We furthermore explore what you can do to move in the wanted direction despite of difficult thoughts, emotions and other obstacles. She will help you gain more awareness and will be handing out tools to cope with and, overcome these difficulties. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness will be her guides.

Stephanie has been using these techniques for over 7 years now for invidual consults, group training and education programs. For her ACT and Mindfulness became a way of living and it even guides the way she raises her children.

She is a warm, open and curious family person. For her goes; the more the merrier as our house is always open for visitors. Also, she loves being outdoors, that’s where she feels most alive and where her energy sparks. So when she is not working, you can find her gardening, strolling the outdoors with her two boys or exploring nature in general.

Lastly, Stephanie obtained her Master’s degree in Health and Social Psychology at the University of Maastricht. Here, she specialised in positive psychology, which is the foundation of her views on mental health.

She speaks both Dutch and English.
